Challenge

A 120-property resort and casino group had grown by acquisition, inheriting a different camera and network vendor stack in nearly every property.

Surveillance compliance required a provable, standardized CCTV network baseline, while guest Wi-Fi expectations kept rising — but no property had the same hardware to roll changes onto.

Solution

Standardized property closets on AI1024G access switching with AI CCTV modes for camera VLANs and PoE control, paired with AI1024GC units where cloud visibility was required.

Deployed W718AP Wi-Fi 7 APs for guest and conference coverage, with FME-BE5100-HM mesh units for villa and remote-wing areas that cabling could not economically reach.

Rolled properties in waves onto Apollo cloud management, giving regional operations a single standardized baseline to audit against.

Results

• 120 properties moved onto one CCTV + guest-Wi-Fi network standard with a documented, auditable baseline.
• AI VLAN / Extend / PoE modes cut per-property camera commissioning to a template instead of a custom project.
• Guest Wi-Fi moved to Wi-Fi 7 coverage in high-value areas, on the same management platform as the CCTV estate.
